The Lower Mill Estate covers 450 acres and includes 3 rivers, a collection of seven lakes and a nature reserve of European significance.

The lakes are designated for fishing and sailing/windsurfing (no motors allowed) two of which have specimen carp and one trout (all open to visitors under club rules) but all can be walked easily and provide great habitat for the birds and wildlife.

As well as the open areas there is a large outdoor heated swimming pool open (March-October) with changing room and a Sauna. There is also a Tennis court and table tennis table, large childrens play park, full size trampoline and free range chickens.
